Now let’s we check the whole process of this apartment project, it took six months altogether:

1.First the architect designer of Michael have the idea to apply corten steel as exterior wall facade of this house building. Michael find henan Troyiker to offer it, we advice him to use Corten A steel as raw material, that because considered Malaysia is a tropical rainforest marine climate country which need the building steel has very good corrosion resistance. Corten A’s chemical elements: Cr: 0.5-1.25, Cu: 0.25-0.55 is higher than ordinary weathering steel, and used at bare condition with stronger corrosion resistance.

2.Henan Troyiker offer an solution for his idea. Troyiker advice to Michael is first we make some colour and texture pattern samples according to Michael’s idea. Then let owners choose which stypes they prefer. And this idea won the designer’s approval.

3.5 pieces samples with different color and pattern made by Henan Troyiker engineer. And the designer is so happy and amazing when he saw the samples, said: our samples accurately express what he wants. Also the owner was satisfied and choosed No.1 color as their exterior facade style.

4.Michael design the corten A steel parts shape and Forms of expression. The apartment exterior wall covered with long slab of corten A steel staggered from top to bottom. Which reflect the hierarchy and expressiveness of the house. The second floor integral glass exterior wall plus corten A steel splicing sliding doors, designers use a combination of glass and weatherproof steel doors to reflect the compatibility of brittleness and hardness, display the expressive power of water and fire compatibility in color, showing a magnificent scene.

5.The designer and construction company consulted us about many kinds of construction and installation problems. Troyiker considered the corten steel panel surface maybe damaged during installation and considered hot to save the owner’s cost. Ultimately, we decided that our Troyiker company provide the corten A steel materials with sub frame parts for facade wall, and four corten steel doors finished product. In this way, the curtain wall part only needs the builder to hang or weld the back of the panel onto the main frame to avoid secondary damage on the front of the weatherproof steel panel. The corten door only needs to be mounted on the slideway. Also help the owner save cost of our engineer’s on site construction and installation.

6.Troyiker company give some advice at the corten steel panel thickness and bearing weight. Like the thickness use 3mm and the frame square pipe by 50*50*3mm is ok to keep bearing capacity and Beauty.

7.Troyiker process the corten steel wall and door parts as shop drawing, also made Processing schedule.

1). Corten steel raw materials cutting and flat surface.

2). Laser cutting by Germany optical fiber laser, make gap 0 distance docking.

3). Doing arc and bending by precision machine tools.

4). Welding: Professional construction team, and welding line < / = 2 mm.

5). Grinding edges and corners: smooth and evasive.

6). Anti-rust paint on the back to prevent rust water when raining.

7). Rusting treatment: 5times-10times.

8). Rust color stable treatment: 3times-5times.

8.Inspection cargo by owner

9.Troyiker packaging:

Layer1: PWC waterproof Plastic Vacuum packaging to prevent damp erosion.

Layer2: The individual pieces are separated by corrugated cardboard to prevent friction.

Layer3: Single piece and wooden box are separated by foam board to prevent friction.

Layer4: Customized wooden boxes for convenient container packing.

10.Troyiker offer operation and maintenance service

1. Small area - slight scratch - Self-repair.

Maybe need 3-6month, also depends on local climate and temperature.

2. Small area - deep scratch.

We will send 6L rust promoter for free, which can repair 30-50m2 (attached with instructions), the shipping cost to be borne by the buyer. (10% of the total area.)

3.Large area damage/scratch.

We will send engineers to the site for maintenance. The engineer's salary, round-trip expenses, board and lodging to be borne by the buyer.

12. Warranty

The Corten steel's surface colour will not be damaged within the first 1 years (12 Months). However, the damage inflicted by man-made causes is not covered by the warranty.
