Step2. Choosing the corten steel raw materials focus on your application structure and environment. Like Some parts of place need bigger bearing capacity, Troyiker will choose appropriate higher yield and tensile strength materials to use, And recommending material grade and level depending to your application temperature and environment. Like Acid-resistant envrionment, we advice you to use 09CrCuSb, Q355NS etc Sulfuric acid dew point corrosion resistant steel.

Step3. Processing customized: rolling, profiling, cutting(Laser cutting, Oxy-fuel cutting, Plasma cutting, Shearing, Sawing, Forming.). Drilling, Milling, Chamfering, Bending, welding and so on to finish the product same as drawing. Troyiker’s engineer with more than 10years skill and with Troyiker’s principle of good faith to keep on time delivery time.

Step4. Surface treatment of corten steel siding: first shot blasting of acero corten to remove floating rust, then keep the surface rust color more even. Next step, Making rust color which end user want, then fixed the rust color by curing agent. Don’t worry, here no any hurt of acier corten performance and surface, also people’s health. Just use one way to speed up the rusting time and coating hyaline membrane to fixed rust color, also prevent the rust color fall off. When you fell the acero corten surface which is smooth and there is no rust stain your hands.

Packaging and Transportation: Waterproof plastic vacuum packaging to prevent damp erosion, the individual parts are separated by corrugated cardboard to prevent surface, Customized wooden boxes less than 3tons loading to convenient unloading in destination port. Transportation by Container or bulk ship if bigger quantity, less quantity also can choose by air or express. Step6. Installation and Construction: If small project, we advice customers or end user install it by himself, Troyiker will offer installation instructions and guiding installation on line. Or if bigger project, Troyiker can send engineers to install on site if end user need.
